SPA Etiquette

Pregnancy
We have specially designed treatments for expectant and nursing mothers. Please allow the spa team to guide you in selecting which treatments are most suitable for you during this special time. Please take knowledge that we do not run applications in the first and last third of pregnancy, because of medical reasons.
What to Bring
For your comfort we will provide you with a luxurious robe and towels to use throughout your visit. Hotel guests may wish to arrive in their bedroom robe to help with their continued relaxation. We would like to advise you, however, to bring a bathing suit and slippers if you wish to use the Vitality Pool. Within the changing rooms a wide range of amenities will be provided.
Spa Etiquette
The spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect other guests’ rights to privacy and serenity and do not use mobile phones or pagers within the spa...
Smoking is prohibited throughout the spa.
Cancellation Policy
A 50% cancellation charge will be incurred for any Treatment or Day Spa Ritual not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to appointment.
Homecare
To continue your spa experience at home, all [comfort zone] products used within your treatments are available at spa reception, where one of our team would be delighted to advise you on the most suitable products for your needs.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are available for Day Spa Rituals and for single treatments and are an ideal present for someone special. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be presented at time of treatment or purchase. Amenities will be provided.
Spa Arrival
It is advisable to arrive at the spa reception at least 20 minutes prior to your treatment reservation to enable you to enjoy the full use of the exclusive facilities at the spa, which include male and female changing rooms, male and female heat experiences, steam rooms, saunas, ice fountains, lifestyle showers and a vitality pool. Relaxation areas and the beautiful and tranquil Meditation room offer peaceful areas to read, sleep or relax. Please be aware that late arrivals will not receive an extension to their treatment.
